Some players may occasionally experience an issue with loading the game. In such a case, it may be resolved by clearing your browser’s cache or by relaunching the application on your device.
Web Players:
If your game is loading slowly or not at all, please try the following:
- Check that you have an active and stable internet connection
- If you have an active connection, press Cntrl-F5 to clear your cache & reload the page
Mobile Players:
- Check that you have an active and stable internet connection
- If you have an active connection, complete close the app and relaunch it.
- If the problem persists, try uninstalling/reinstalling the app to ensure you have the most updated version*
If the problem persists, please report it to Backgammon Live Support using the Support button and we will work with you to find a solution.
*Uninstalling the app will not erase your progress/balance, however, we strongly recommend Facebook connecting to ensure your game data is backed up.
