Generally, a winning player receives the total coins bet on the game minus the house tip. The house tip is a small percent (between 5%-10%) of the winnings that go to the house.
To illustrate, take a game where the winner has bet 100 coins.
Total coins bet is 200. (100 player bet + 100 opponent bet)
Tip is 5% (or 10 coins)
So, the winning player would get 190 Coins (200 -10).
Please note, that in cases where a player wins by Gammon (2x) or Backgammon (3x) his winnings will be limited to losing player’s balance if that player’s balance is lower than the total amount won.
