How to find your Player ID/User ID

Your player ID—or user ID—is a unique identifier for your game progress. It allows us to review your account when you report a problem.

Please be sure to copy down your player ID in a safe space—especially if you play on an account that is not connected to your Facebook profile.

We highly recommend linking your game to your Facebook account.

Accounts not linked to Facebook are tied to the specific device you play on. This means that if your phone or tablet is lost, stolen, or exchanged for a different device, recovering your account will be quite difficult. A Facebook-linked account allows you to load into your saved game regardless of the device you’re playing on.

You can locate your player ID by tapping on the three bar icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Your user ID will appear in the bottom of the settings menu, near the left-hand bottom portion of the window.

We recommend taking a screenshot to ensure that you have the right ID in your files.
